The Executive Board is the primary governing board for the Baton Rouge Soccer Association, responsible for directing and overseeing the affairs of the organization.  Areas requiring the board's attention include (but are not limited to):

• Budgeting and financial affairs
• Oversight of the Adult, Youth Recreational and Youth Premier boards and their actions
• Selection, hiring and oversight of the Executive Director of the organization
• Final appellate board for all disciplinary actions
